Can I buy from ELSPRO as a local authority or public body?
Naturally. We supply municipal facilities, building yards, fire departments, rescue services, energy suppliers and authorities directly. We are also happy to provide all relevant certificates and tender documents.
Can I also buy from ELSPRO as a private customer?
Our products are primarily aimed at commercial customers. If you are interested in our products as a private individual, please contact an electrical retailer near you.
Delivery & availability
How long is the delivery time?
Our regular delivery time for production goods is 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the current capacity utilization of our production.
Tip: We also offer a 24-hour production service for selected products – please contact us!
Can I also get products from stock at short notice?
Yes, many of our standard products are in stock or available at short notice. For particularly urgent cases, please contact us directly – we will find a solution!

No problem – our experienced field service team will support you with a customized lighting calculation, e.g. for halls, parking lots, factory roads or entire properties. Get in touch with us!
I cannot find my product or article number in the ELSPRO online store
Our online store contains over 2,000 items – but our overall portfolio is much more extensive! In over 40 years of ELSPRO we have realized thousands of solutions. Our field service and office staff will be happy to help you find the right one.
What guarantee is there on stationary lighting from ELSPRO?
Our stationary lighting comes with a 5-year guarantee – quality and durability are our top priorities.
Does ELSPRO offer individual special solutions?
In addition to our standard range, we also develop customized special solutions. Whether special designs, special lengths or intelligent system solutions – we work with you to develop the right concept and product. Our field service will help you to realize a tailor-made solution. We are also happy to provide you with lighting calculations or carry out product tests on site.
Are your products "Made in Germany"?
Yes, the majority of our products are manufactured in our factory in Hilden (NRW) – quality from Germany!

What does "IP protection class" mean for ELSPRO products?
The IP protection class indicates how well a product is protected against the ingress of dust and water. We even offer products up to the highest protection class IP69K – i.e. extremely resistant to high-pressure and steam jet cleaning. Perfect for tough applications.

Can I also order spare parts individually?
Yes, many components of our products are interchangeable. Our spare parts service can help you quickly – simply send us an inquiry with the article number and description.
My product is defective - what can I do (returns)?
No problem – many of our products can be repaired or repaired with spare parts – sustainable use of resources is important to us! Please simply send in the product using our service form. We will take care of it. Our address is:
