On April 1, 2026, ELSPRO will celebrate 40 years in business—four decades marked by innovation, reliability, and a clear commitment: technology without compromise.
What was once founded by the founders with great dedication, courage, and technical expertise has grown into a successful and forward-looking company. The company’s founders are particularly proud that the path they blazed is now being continued from within their own ranks: The second generation of the founding families is successfully driving ELSPRO forward with fresh ideas and, at the same time, time-tested values.
Over the past 40 years, the company has continued to evolve. Our product portfolio in electrical and lighting technology has been optimized and expanded through ongoing dialogue with our customers and partners. Close customer relationships have remained a key factor in our success: 15 field sales representatives serve customers throughout Germany, while six international distribution partners ensure growth beyond our national borders.
A key feature of ELSPRO is and remains its “Made in Germany” production at the Hilden facility. Despite rising demand and a growing number of orders, the company has deliberately maintained its commitment to this location. Over the years, the company building has been expanded to include an additional production level and an outdoor hall in order to meet the increasing space requirements and to be able to promptly translate customer requests into product solutions.
This is precisely where one of the company’s greatest strengths lies: custom manufacturing tailored to customer specifications—flexible, precise, and meeting the highest standards of safety and quality.
This is how ELSPRO combines tradition with progress—and lays the foundation for continued success in the future.
