How do I order ELSPRO products or receive a quote?

How long is the delivery time?
Our regular delivery time for finished goods is 2-3 weeks, depending on the current capacity utilization of our production.
Tip: For selected products we also offer a 24-hour production service for selected products – please contact us!
Can I also get products from stock at short notice?
Yes, many of our standard products are in stock or available at short notice. For particularly urgent cases, please contact us directly – we will find a solution!
Can I also order spare parts individually?
Yes, many components of our products are interchangeable. Our spare parts service can help you quickly – simply send us an inquiry with the article number and description.
What is the guarantee on ELSPRO products?
Our stationary lighting comes with a 5-year guarantee – quality and durability are our top priorities.

What does "IP protection class" mean for ELSPRO products?
The IP protection class indicates how well a product is protected against the ingress of dust and water. We offer products with protection ratings up to IP69K – i.e. extremely resistant to high-pressure and steam jet cleaning. Perfect for tough applications.
