At the spring trade fairs, ELSPRO presented its latest innovation in the field of mobile power supply: the POWERSTATION.<\/p>\n

This powerful, off-grid power source offers a flexible solution for industrial applications and the emergency services when a self-sufficient power supply is essential.<\/p>\n

ELSPRO POWERSTATION – the mobile power source for demanding environments<\/strong>
\nThe mobile ELSPRO POWERSTATION<\/a> is a reliable portable power source for challenging applications and provides power wherever and whenever it is needed.
\nIt is particularly suitable for spontaneous emergencies, temporary construction and assembly sites and operations in remote areas – silently and without emissions. If the ELSPRO POWERSTATION is not needed for a longer period of time, it remains ready for use for months without needing to be recharged thanks to its extremely low self-discharge rate of < 3% per month.<\/p>\n

Maximum mobility, performance and safety
\n<\/strong>The mobile ELSPRO POWERSTATION is characterized by its robust design, high capacity and a variety of connection options. Thanks to state-of-the-art lithium iron phosphate technology (LiFePO4) with 32 high-performance cells (1.5 kWh capacity), it offers a particularly safe and long-lasting power supply. Its high output power of 2,000 watts enables the operation of energy-intensive tools, lighting and medical devices. It also has an integrated emergency power function (UPS), which switches to autonomous operation within \u2264 10 ms in the event of a power failure.<\/p>\n

Expandability for individual requirements<\/strong>
\nBy combining two mobile POWERSTATIONs, the power can be doubled to 4,000 W continuous power (8,000 W peak power) and the capacity increased from 1.5 kWh to 3 kWh in no time at all. Alternatively, the mobile ELSPRO POWERSTATION can be expanded with up to three additional battery modules to provide a capacity of up to 6 kWh.<\/p>\n

Economy and sustainability<\/strong>
\nThe POWERSTATION offers considerable cost savings by eliminating fuel, oil and maintenance costs. The cobalt-free LiFePO4 technology enables a long battery service life with \u2265 80% of the original capacity after 2,500 charging cycles. In addition, the intelligent battery management system (BMS) ensures safe operation thanks to overcharging, overheating and short-circuit protection.<\/p>\n

Additional protection for maximum safety<\/strong>
\nA special safety feature of the POWERSTATION is the internal, automatic fire extinguishing unit. If a sensor detects significant overheating inside the aluminum housing, nitrogen is released to eliminate potential fire hazards. This ensures even greater operational safety, especially in safety-critical environments.<\/p>\n

Maintenance-free and time-saving<\/strong>
\nThe mobile ELSPRO POWERSTATION<\/a> is optimized for efficient use: Passive cooling eliminates the need for fans or filter cleaning. The quick-charging function with a charging capacity of up to 1,500 W enables a full charge in just 1.5 hours. Charging can also take place in the vehicle via 12\/24 V DC.<\/p>\n
